We know you can't afford any technology downtime. With RAS we give you piece of mind and our promise that if you ever need help with any of the Keating products, we will be there for you.

Product Performance Guarantee
We guarantee that the Keating product you have purchased will perform according to its specifications for a minimum period of three years.

Product Replacement Guarantee
If we are unable to repair your product, or if we estimate that it will take more than 30 days to repair it, we will replace the product for you.

No Lemon Guarantee
If your product requires more than 3 major repairs, we consider it a "lemon" and will provide you with a replacement product.

Power Surge Protection
If your product is damaged by a power surge (power fluctuations, outages, line spikes, etc.) we will repair or replace your product.

Accessory Coverage
We will repair or replace any broken product accessories, provided that they have shipped in the original product packaging.

Global Phone Support
Keating will provide phone assistance, regardless of the part of the world you're in. Just call us at 1-800-563-9233 within Canada and U.S.A. or collect at 1-905-479-0230 from any other location.

Advanced Warranty Program
For certain product components, we offer you an advanced warranty replacement option. This means that you do not need to wait for your product to be repaired. Instead, just call us, and if we determine that the unit is "field replaceable", we will send it to you right away and walk you through the installation over the phone.

RAS Plan Insurance
Rest Assured Services Plan is fully insured with W3 Warranty Solutions.

Keating Rest Assured Services are available for a period of three years at no additional charge to all customers who have purchased a Keating product. There are no deductibles or any other hidden costs.
